Step into the transformative energy of High Reiki on this Shoden (first teaching) foundational level of the High Reiki path. In this course, you will be initiated into the High Reiki lineage, attuned to its pure, elevated energy, and supported by a council of high beings and guides who oversee the flow of this sacred healing energy.
To fully realise our potential is to walk the path of light, to anchor our greater selves for the greater good. This High Reiki path takes you there. You learn powerful self-practices that transform and awaken. These progressively get higher as you deepen your embodiment of this path in its training levels and inner devotion and mastery.
Opening To High Reiki & Embodied Healing
At Shoden level your body’s energetic channels will be opened up to connect with the High Reiki universal life force energy. You will develop your ability to sense and direct this energy for self-healing, supporting others, and the Earth, laying the foundation for ongoing growth and deeper connection in the High Reiki path. Each level building greater self-knowing, remembrance, love, and union with Source of which heals us and the world naturally.
This level of High Reiki starts to break down energetic walls, gently releasing old trauma and dissolving patterns of separation. It supports the restoration of inner harmony, reconnecting you to your wholeness and the universal life force. Through this process, you begin to experience greater freedom, emotional resilience, and a sense of unity with yourself, others, and the Earth, allowing for deeper spiritual growth and healing on all levels — mind, body, and spirit.
Energetic Awareness & Conscious Practice
We guide you to connect with the energy with deep respect and mindfulness, supporting regular practice that awakens sensitivity to Ki. We gently nurture spiritual development, help students attune to the flow of energy, recognise the body’s natural healing intelligence, and engage with the energy in an ethical, heart-centered way.
At this level, growth is seen in developing consistent practice, increasing energetic awareness, and learning to work with the energy with sincerity, presence, and conscious intention.
Through regular practice, you will cultivate deeper spiritual awareness, raise your vibration and consciousness whilst developing your energy flow, innate healing ability and intelligence, and embody the ethical principles that lie at the heart of Reiki.

We teach why this is essential and provide practices to develop and trust your intuitive abilities, allowing energy to move freely without rigid times, fixed hand positions, or limitations.
